Since 1991, David Rosenblatt has been practicing Canadian immigration law. David founded Canadian immigration law firm Rosenblatt Associates in 1991 and now acts as Passportal’s expert immigration lawyer. David is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Canadian Bar Association. In 1988, David graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto. David is a public notary and a duly sworn Solicitor of the Court of Appeal for Ontario and the Ontario Court of Justice. David was instrumental in winning one of the largest immigration cases in recent history, preventing the Immigration Department from unfairly refusing hundreds of thousands of immigrants by applying new laws retroactively.

After competing her Bachelor of Art in Legal Studies from Azad University (Tehran) Zohreh went on to complete a Master’s Degree in International Law from Beheshti University (Tehran). In Canada Zonhreh completed her Paralegal Program from Seneca College where she graduated with honours. Zohreh works closely with our Iranian business class clients and helps them throughout the process.
